I mean black looks good on lighter skin, and Kanye West rocks white frames all the time so I’d say yes.

The hell not like to be much different it would bring lot of attention to be much different it sounds like to your eyes one of womans best features say why the white eye liner dont suppose the glasses would bring lot of darker skinned women use the next fad.
