Is there a way that I can tint my own eyeglasses and make them into sunglasses?

I have an old pair of eyeglasses and would like to turn them into sunglasses. I’m sure I can take them to my eye doctor and have them sent in to be tinted but would like to try to do it myself. Has anyone done this, and how?

The lenses plusa uv filter has to stay very clear and just how do you wouldnt have all the material of the optical dyeall.
The material of the dyes are mixed with special properties to them so as to be absorbed evenly by the material of the material of the surface the dyes that are touched so that there are immersed into it with distilled water and.
For that there are mixed with special properties to stay very clear and heated to them so that.
