How long is adjustment period for prescription eyeglasses?

I got my prescription eyeglasses 1 week ago. These eyeglasses for work with computer and for distance. So, I am not using them all time but about 8-10 hours per day, every day during this week. For now, I have a hard time. I got slight nausea and dizziness. Is it normal? If yes, how long is adjustment period?
