Try using peanut butter if they are plastic. but you may distort them a little.
Novus II (plastic polish) works good but may be hard to find.

Try using some old fashioned tooth paste. just rub alittle on a clean towel place the towel on your leg and rub the lens on the area you put the tooth paste. This mite take awhile but should remove the scratches.
