Can eyeglasses be returned or exchanged?

I got a pair of eyeglasses from Walmart Vision Center like a week ago. I just got them in and I hate them, I hate the way they look on me and I want to exchange them for a different frame? Will they allow me to do this or will they try to make me just buy a whole new pair?
