Two days after accepting the plea agreement defendant was released on bail, at time of his release the defendant property was returned which included his eyeglasses. The defendant was then able to read the arrest report and the official police report and noticed several discrepancies and realized he shouldn’t have plead guilty. Should the defendant expect the court to grant his motion to withdraw his guilty plea based upon his inability to read the supporting documents arrest report and police report at the time of his plea.
